Prompted by life-changing events, our PEL founder left the corporate world to pursue her passion and mission in life, which is to help students achieve their full potential through character transformation and thus make this world a better place. What began as an idea has blossomed into a community where students discover their strengths and franchise owners find purposes. Every day, we see lives changed, confidence built, and futures shaped for the better.
